While setting up DLP/Compliance policies in the Syscloud application, you will have to define the ownerscope of the policy (i.e, to whom the policy applies to) in the 'Whom the policy applies to?' section. You may choose to add a Domain, a OrgUnit(s), a Group(s), an individual User(s) account, or a particular TeamDrive(s). You can setup templates for the ownerscope so that when creating policies you can easily add the ownerscope in one-click which may have may be a mix of Users, Groups & OrgUnits.
You can create Ownerscope Templates in the Setup> Templates> Ownerscope Templates page.
To create a new Ownerscope template, click on the 'Create New' button.
Step 1: You must enter a name for the template you are creating. Once entering the name, click on 'Next'.
Step 2: In this, you can setup your Ownerscope. You can include Domain, a OrgUnit(s), a Group(s), an individual User(s) account, or a particular TeamDrive(s), and even add some to the exclude list.
Step3: Once done setting up the required Ownerscope, save the template by clicking on 'Create Template' button. If you want to cancel the process, click on 'Cancel' button.
Once created, you will see the Ownerscope template listed in the Setup> Templates> Ownerscope Templates page. You can edit the template by clicking in the pencil icon. You can delete the ownerscope template by clicking on theicon.
