1. Mail

You can filter mail archive by the following parameters.

  • Subject: this option allows you to filter the archived mails based on the Mail subject.
  • Sent or Received Date: this option will filter the archived mails that were sent or received between the the 2 dates that you input in the textboxes. See image below for an example.
  • FROM: this option will filter the archived mails based on the email address who sent the mail. You will have to enter the full email address of the sender to filter the results.

  • To: this option will filter the archived mails based on the email address to whom the mail was sent. You will have to enter the full email address of the receiver to filter the results.

  • CC: this option will filter the archived mails based on the email address which was in CC when mail was sent/received. You will have to enter the full email address of the cc`ed user to filter the results.

  • BCC: this option will filter the archived mails based on the email address which was in BCC when mail was sent/received. You will have to enter the full email address of the bcc`ed user to filter the results.

  • Label: this option will filter out the archived mails based on the mail folders/labels in the user's mail archive. You will have to enter the full label/folder name to filter the results.



2. Drive files

You can filter the archived Drive files by the following parameters.


  • Document Name: this option will filter the archived drive files based on the file name.
  • Created Date: this option will filter the archived drive files based on the file's created/modified date. It will filter out the files created/modified between the 2 dates provided by the user.
  • Entry Id: this option will filter the archived drive files based on the unique fileID of the file.
  • Folder Name: this option will filter the archived drive files based on the name of the drive folder where the files are located. This will not filter the files present in the sub-folders of the folder mentioned in the option.
  • Shared With Me: this option will filter out all the drive files present in the archive which are not owned by the archived user and are shared from other users.
  • Owned By Me: this option will filter out all the drive files present in the archive which are owned by the archived user.



3. Contacts, Calendar, Sites

You can filter the Contacts, Calendar events & Sites based in the following way.

  • Created Date: this option will filter the archived Contacts, Calendar events or Sites files based on the created/modified date. It will filter out the files created/modified between the 2 dates provided by the user.
  • Search: You can use this option to search for the archived Contacts, Calendar events or Sites by name.
